One of my favorite daily activities is to check on the Lindh family. Our dear friends moved back to Washington State for work and to be closer to family. After the move Lanae started her family blog to keep everyone in the know about her, Jason, and the kids. Even though there are many miles between our families, her family feels right next door. Lanae, you have inspired me. Thank you for sharing with us.

It all started in Ankeny. Really, it did. Kurt and I on a bus to State Marching Band and Ankeny's Mid-Iowa Band Championships. Who knew then that we'd be the Van Thomme Family and settle down in this great city so many years later?
